Christopher Dobrowolski, Corporate Chef and General Manager for The Cowboy Club and Barking Frog Grille, specializes in creating and executing the "High Desert" and "American Southwest" cuisines that the restaurants have become famous for.

Chef Dobrowolski's culinary and management background started 17 years ago at The Muse Café where he was a key member who created the "World Famous" peach cobbler seen on Regis and Kathie Lee. He then moved on to hone his skills at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale where he graduated with honors. He has also had the privilege of training and managing with The Hillstone/Houstons Restaurant Group, "one of the most successful chain corporations in the world," where he oversaw multiple store openings and taught at their training facilities. He has now been with The Cowboy Club and The Barking Frog Grille for eight years and his dedication to tourism as well as the locals has not been compromised. He still works diligently with his incredible culinary and management teams to make sure that every guest's expectations are exceeded.

Chef Dobrowolski believes in bringing a unique level of creation, sophistication, consistency and superior taste to the restaurants all while helping guests have a memorable dining experience. His passion for food and surprising flavors show through in both restaurant menus. His personal favorites are scattered throughout - but rest assured he loves them all!
